Working group facilitation

We help you bring the right people together, the folks who know the town, the builders, the employers, and we run the meetings so they go somewhere. People leave knowing what was decided and what happens next.

Code, policy, and funding

We read your code the way a builder would, to see what it allows and what's quietly getting in the way. Then we look at what Utah and federal programs could help pay for what you want to do, and whether your staff can realistically manage them.

Fiscal and economic impact

When a project or a policy change is on the table, you'll know what it's going to do to your tax base, your services, and your budget. Real numbers, so you know what you're voting on.

Action plans

At the end you get a plan, not a pile of findings. A short list of what to do, in what order, who's responsible, and how it gets paid for.
